Summer Ringette
The Nepean Ravens Summer Ringette Program is back for 2024! This is an off-season maintenance program, which offers the following:
- FUN3 and U12: a balance of drills and gameplay scrimmage.
- U14: shinny program including warm up drills and majority scrimmage. We are offering two separate groups, a recreational level shinny group and a competitive level shinny group.
- U16 / U19: competitive level shinny program for fun weekly scrimmages (no drills).
- U16 / U19: recreational level shinny program for fun weekly scrimmages (no drills).
- Maximum of 30 skaters and 4 goalies per session!
- NEW this Summer! GOALIE CLINIC. 10 sessions on Wednesdays for FUN3 to U16 goalies of all skill levels! Maximum of 30 goalies for session.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Receipt of payment will confirm your spot. You will be charged a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel before June 1, 2024. If you cancel after June 1, 2024 then no refund will be provided. Payment can be made by e-transfer (please include the player’s name in the memo field) to: e-transfer@nepeanravens.ca

GOALIE CLINIC
Cost: $250
FUN3 to U16
For FUN 3 to U16 goalies of all skill levels. Sessions will be led by experienced goalie coaches who have played NRL, University, Open A and U19 level ringette. Focus of these clinic sessions includes: Leg-based drills, game-like situations, tracking the ring, proper distancing. Perfecting a goalie base: A good stance, perfecting movements such as shuffles and T-pushes, butterfly, and a flat ring distribution. Real-game situations: working on depth, tracking/following the ring, patience, one-timers, rebounds and angles.
10 week program.
