Nepean Ravens U19A Golden at the Whitby Ringette Tournament

The Nepean U19A team returned to the podium in Whitby after clinching their second gold medal of the season!

The team overcame some very determined opposition in the Round Robin to earn their right to play on Sunday, first facing down the tournament #1 seed of GCRA, emerging victorious with a beautiful overtime goal to make the score 3-2 Nepean.

The scrappy Ravens then advanced to the tournament finals where they faced off against Forest, undefeated up to this point in the season.  With a full team effort and a deep well of resilience, the Ravens pulled off a superb performance with a convincing 6-2 win over Forest.
