Youth Coaching and Volunteers
Youth Coaching Program - Overview
The Youth Coaching Program is designed to provide opportunities to our Players to give back to their sport and develop as coaches, as well as to support our programs. These volunteers are critical and we are lucky to have many who have graduated to become certified coaches and leaders.
All Youth interested are invited to complete either or both of the sign-up forms below. Youth must be registered and be assigned.
While we try very hard to find a role for any Youth volunteer, we cannot guarantee these opportunities.
Nepean Youth Coaching Workshop:

Junior Coach:
- a Youth volunteer aged 14-17 who is an official member of the bench staff, and is able to be on the bench for games (also depends on the needs of team and Head Coach).
- Junior Coaches are assigned by the Coaching Committee, with consultation with Head Coaches if needed.
