We have a couple of updates to share with you as we are planning and preparing for the 2025/26 season.

Please note that more information on U19A tryouts, Regional team sort outs and NEXT GEN Skating & Skills Development sessions will be shared in the next couple of weeks.

Nepean Ravens - Come Try Ringette

Sunday, September 7th, 2025 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Nepean Sportsplex (Rink 2), 1701 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean, ON, K2G 1W2

Let’s grow the sport we all love to play! Please tell your all family, friends, neighbours, and classmates and have them use this link to Register

Ages 4 to 13 welcome! Skates, multi-impact helmets and gloves are required. Sticks will be provided. This is an on-ice session with qualified instructors so kids can try the sport. Representatives from the association will be present to answer questions about registration and programming.

Rust Busters Conditioning Sessions

In preparation for Sort Outs in September, we are excited to offer all of our FUN 3 to U16 Regional level players a chance to get back on the ice during the Labour Day Weekend (August 30 & 31) for pre-season conditioning sessions.

These sessions will focus on overall ringette skills including skating, ring skills & shooting in a positive environment for all ages and skill levels. Players will be provided with the opportunity to improve technique and refine skills to take their game to the next level. 

These are optional sessions for those looking to get back on the ice early before the start of sort outs. All sessions will be led by experienced, active high-level Nepean Ravens coaches and players.

All Rust Busters participants must also be registered for the 2025/26 season with Nepean Ringette.

Details:

• Cost: $40/player for the two sessions
• Participants will be limited to 30 skaters & 4 Goalies (a waiting list will be created if necessary)
