Fines Incurred by Teams Policy

Applicability

This Fines Incurred by Teams policy applies to all Nepean Ringette Association teams.

Policy

Any fines levied against the Nepean Ringette Association or against any of our teams as a result of any action or omission by one of our teams or by a member of one of our teams shall be collected from that team. In the event that we are unable to collect all or part of the fine from the team, the amount outstanding will become a receivable divided evenly between all members of the team who return to Nepean Ringette in the following season.

Any fines levied “Ringette Authority” (ORA or one of it’s regions, Ringette Canada etc.) against the Nepean Ringette Association or a member of its Executive as a result of any action or omission by a member of the Executive while acting in that capacity will be paid by the Nepean Ringette Association.
