Rust Busters Conditioning Sessions

In preparation for Sort Outs in September, we are excited to offer all of our FUN 3 to U16 Regional level players a chance to get back on the ice during the Labour Day Weekend (August 30 & 31) for pre-season conditioning sessions.

These sessions will focus on overall ringette skills including skating, ring skills & shooting in a positive environment for all ages and skill levels. Players will be provided with the opportunity to improve technique and refine skills to take their game to the next level. 

These are optional sessions for those looking to get back on the ice early before the start of sort outs. All sessions will be led by experienced, active high-level Nepean Ravens coaches and players.

All Rust Busters participants must also be registered for the 2025/26 season with Nepean Ringette.

Details:

• Cost: $40/player for the two sessions
• Participants will be limited to 30 skaters & 4 Goalies (a waiting list will be created if necessary)
